Best Western Brooklyn Hotel
Surely Brooklyn Hotel is the waterfront location that draws the visitors round the world if one is visiting the City of New York. We are very happy to find the best hotels that we ever encountered during our visits round the world. We happened to stay for almost a week in this fabulous hotel during our visit to the City of New York. We happened to meet this hotel in our search for the hotel is located at the heart of most attractions of the city that we had planned to visit. This hotel is conveniently located at the reach of popular attractions such as the Brooklyn Bridge, Brighton Bridge and the Coney Island historical amusement park. Numerous other city attractions are just several minutes away from this hotel. So it made us very convenient to explore this dream city.
As soon as we entered the hotel, we are greeted by a staff of people extending their welcome in joining their list of visitors. As we are from the northern part of India, we didn’t expect the kind of response from these people. As soon as they came to know that we are from India, one of those greeted us again, but this time in our own language. We were wonder-struck with this unexpected response from these people. These friendly and multilingual staff our stay much comfortable and more memorable.
As soon as we got ourselves registered in the hotel, they directed us to our room. Different kinds of rooms were there for different purposes. If you come here, you can have guest rooms, or if you are here on some business, then there are some business rooms and even there are special rooms designed for physically challenged as well. They said that every room features a high speed internet access, a cable satellite television, a complimentary newspaper, a microwave, an iron/ironing board, tea/coffee maker and a hair dyer. There were some special selected rooms with the upgraded amenities like Waterfront views and king size beds. As we are on a tour here, we opted for these special guest rooms.
Apart from the list of item that they specified, we noticed several other features in the room. Our room was equipped with air conditioning, an FM/AM alarm clock, FM/AM radio stereo, a refrigerator to store our eatables, a desk/work area, high speed wireless Internet access with data ports, and voice mail. A complimentary newspaper and free local calls below 30 minutes were also offered. Even a crib was made available to us to take care of our baby.
During our stay in this hotel, they offered us a complimentary breakfast. Apart from these, we were allowed to make use of the mail services with free incoming fax services, a photocopy machine. We took a safe deposit box at the hotel itself as we carried some valuable with us. They charged us a nominal fee for this. The hotel also provided an ATM machine in the premises itself. So, we didn’t fid the need to go all the way in search of an ATM machine for getting the cash. Everything was in reach!!
