We visited Paris to celebrate our second anniversary and we stayed at Best Western Hotel De Weha, a classical Parisian façade which was constructed during 1926. The hotel is located in an ideal place and positioned on the side of the left bank of the river. The hotel is very near to famous land marks of entertainment. We visited the shopping center behind the hotel which is the second largest in Paris. We enjoyed the food service that offered excellent morning breakfast at the on site restaurant and evening cocktail at the lounge. The hotel also has spacious function rooms to accommodate events. We enjoyed the high speed internet access and other facilities thoroughly. We took the help of the concierge in organizing our tours to the most famous sights of Paris.
Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant, thanks to the amenities such as babysitting and currency exchange. The hotel boasts of 35 excellent contemporary guestrooms along with cable television facility. Rooms in the hotel also feature minibars and guestrooms that have large windows containing sheers and flowing draperies. The room which we stayed also had in room safes, coffeemaker and refrigerator. Many locations of entertainment and shopping complex and other points of interest are adjacent to the hotel which includes Acr de Trimphe, (16 km) and Eiffel Tower (12 km). We visited both Latin Quarter and Place d'Italie Metro Station which are situated just 50 meters away from the hotel.
The guestrooms in the hotel feature modern and traditional décor with custom made fabrics. Our family enjoyed the rooms which were well air conditioned and equipped with amenities like high speed internet connection, satellite television, minibars with free bottled water, direct dial phones. The bathrooms are well equipped and modernized with showers, tubs, slippers and bathrobes. After having breakfast, we browsed the free newspapers in lobby and enjoyed the salon. We spent our evening time with champagne in the candlelit bar.
We were offered excellent services by the staff in the concierge desk and round the clock front desk. As we arrived at the hotel by a car, we made best use of the secured valet parking service. We visited the important and famous spots like Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees and The Eiffel Tower as well as Galleria Museum, Baccaret and Avenue Victor Hugo. The multilingual hotel staff provided excellent tour assistance information as well as currency exchange.
The location of the hotel was very convenient to us and we took advantage of it by doing lots of shopping by walking around the hotel. The rooms of the hotel were neat and well maintained. The staffs were very helpful, nice, accommodating and extremely considerate. We had a very pleasant experience during our stay and hence we are suggesting hotel Emea to our friends so that they can also enjoy the niceties of the hotel. We have also planned to celebrate our next anniversary in the same hotel as it is very hard to find a nice place than Best Western Hotel De Weha!
