The Residence Inn Anaheim Maingate
During our visit to Anaheim, we happened to stay few days at The Residence Inn Anaheim Maingate. It is nestled in a garden-like and resort setting that offers the visitors a perfect place to stay. We drove to this place directly and found that the resort is located 0.7 mile distant from Anaheim Convention Center and half-a-mile distant from the Disneyland Resort. Also it only a few minutes from the Arrowhead Pond, American Sports Center and the Angel Stadium. The Residence Inn offered us many services. We didn’t have to look for our means to get to the Disneyland Resort. The resort provided a shuttle service to the Disneyland Resort and this helped us to relieve ourselves from the risk of finding the means to get there. Also Convention Center and Shopping is offered by Anaheim Resort Transit (referred as ART), of course for some nominal fee.
The suite that was offered to us at the Residence Inn was perfected to make us experience all the comforts of home. Our suite offered fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living area and a plenty of space for entertaining, relaxing or meeting with the friends. Our room included the amenities like air conditioning with individual climate control, Iron/Ironing board, a luxury bedding with fluffier pillows, custom comforters, thicker mattresses, crisp linens (there are foam and down/feather pillows as well), a pull-out bed sofa, tea/coffee maker service, an alarm clock and even bottled water for some fee. A hair dryer was provided as the bathroom amenity. Coming to the entertainment in the room, the room had a beautiful fireplace, a color TV with cable connection and videos or movies including video games are available for rent. Apart from these, there were several other things that can be categorized under kitchen amenities. The kitchen amenities included a conventional oven, a toaster, dishwasher, stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, serving dishes, pans, pots, tables, chairs, silverware and a refrigerator with icemaker.
As the guests here, we are offered hot American Breakfast Buffet daily and Evening Social Hours from Monday to Thursday. We are also offered Laundromat on property, Exercise room, complimentary parking, Grocery shopping Services and complimentary High Speed Wireless Internet Access. The Complimentary Breakfast Buffet included breakfast meats, eggs, pastries, fresh fruits and several others. There are also several services on site like the Hospitality Hour which hosts the events through out the month and The Market which is open for dinner, lunch and breakfast with Frozen food, Snacks and Drinks.
The hotel is particularly non-smoking and the suites are fully equipped separate living rooms, kitchen amenities, BBQ Grills and on-site Laundromat property. They also offered Family Activity Nights in the Gatehouse. The hotel offers Express Check-out service and is a pet-friendly hotel. there is an outdoor heated pool as well in the premises along with the Children’s Outdoor Pool.
Having a total of 2 floors with more than 200 suites, this Residence Inn Anaheim Gateway is the prefect place to stay.
