This time we happened to visit Baltimore on some work in the University of Maryland. We happened to lodge in this beautiful hotel near by to the University. Rodeway Inn is a Baltimore hotel, which is located near to Port of Baltimore. It is also ideally located just a mile distant from Port of Baltimore. it is also very close to the popular area attractions which include Baltimore's National Aquarium, the baseball facility in the Oriole Park at the Camden Yards and the M&T Bank Stadium, the home of Ravens football team of Baltimore. The International Thurgood Marshal Airport too is just 15 miles distant from this hotel.
During our stay in this hotel, we had a variety of entertainment, shopping and dining options at the Baltimore's Inner Harbor. The total area has various beautiful views along waterfront promenade. Just few blocks to the east, we enjoyed the bocce tournaments, Italian dining, and the movies al fresco in the Little Italy. This hotel is situated in the complex called Travel Centers of America. We enjoyed the fast food chains; 24-hour restaurant, convenience store and the game room located just few steps away from the hotel. The features and the amenities offered to us at the hotel include a free weekday, free coffee, free local calls and popcorn machine. Our room in the hotel is a spacious guest room that came equipped with safes, microwaves including cable television and coffee makers. In addition to these standard amenities, we are also provided with hair dryers, iron and ironing boards. Individual heat & A/c, In-Room safe, In-Room Desk, In-Room Coffee Maker, In-Room Air Conditioning, Computer Hook-up, Wake-Up Service were the other amenities and services offered to us.
The hotel also has a spacious facility for bus-parking, a game room, a gift shop, AT & T Long Distance, Guest use of laundry, copy and fax services reducing our risk to seek for these facilities in the city. Non-smoking and handicap accessible rooms are also available in the hotel. We found the coin-operated laundry facility a great convenience during our stay in this hotel. We are not allowed to take the pets inside the hotel. We had to leave them at the outdoor parking located in the front.
