Sleep Inn is a well known Athens Hotel situated in Appalachian Mountains of Northern Alabama. The hotel is located in an ideal place in the midway between Birmingham and Nashville. During our stay at the hotel, we took the opportunity to visit many nearby popular attractions such as Point Mallard Park, and Tennessee River. We had a nice shopping at Limestone Flea Market, which is the largest indoor flea market of Alabama. The Athens city, bordering Tennessee is a known for leisure and business activities in the area. Our visit to Athens was a memorable event because of the local attractions, visits to rich historical sites, recreational activities and the special events.
When we were going through the reservation process at the Sleep Inn website, we were guaranteed the best internet rates and a morning medley breakfast as a compliment. Really the breakfast acted as a tastiest and delightful wake up call for all of us during our stay. Apart from this we also had a choice of picking excellent breakfast from a range of food items like pastries, cold and hot cereals, Maxwell House Café collections freshly brewed coffee, yogurt or eggs and fresh fruit. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the access of high speed internet that is offered free of cost. We spent some considerable time in the exercise room and also in the swimming pool.

As we are outdoor enthusiasts, we thoroughly enjoyed the serenity and beauty of the area where the hotel is located. The well air conditioned guest rooms were very spacious and are well equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers, hair dryers, ironing boards and irons. Handicap accessible and non-smoking rooms are also available in the hotel for the convenience of the clients. We found the valet cleaning services and laundry facilities very useful to us as we were able to wear fresh clothes each day.

Apart from these, we felt very happy and satisfied with the services and amenities in all rooms such as long distance AT&T, Free local calls, Free Hi Speed Internet, Cable/ Satellite TV, In Room Desk, In Room Air conditioning, Wake-up service and phone for hearing impaired. The hotel boasts several nearby attractions like Elkmont Depot, Antique Mall, Limestone Flea Market, Historical Homes, State Park, Point Mallard and Space & Rocket Centre. The hotel was very near to many Restaurants and Lounges like Hardee’s, Appelbee’s, Shoney’s and Krystal. Sleep Inn is well connected with transportation facilities from the nearby Pryor Airport, Huntsville International Airport and Amtrak Train Station.
To conclude, I would say Sleep-Inn is the best hotel I have ever visited and it is quite different from other hotels due to its superior services and excellent food.
