We recharged ourselves by having a stimulating workout in the fitness center, a pleasant private cocktail in the Executive Club and a relaxing and deep massage at the spa. We thoroughly enjoyed the soothing ambience of the hotel room after a hectic day. In the evening we just slipped into the cozy and nicely made terry cloth robe and just settled back into a blissful and heavenly bed, after plugging iPod with the speakers provided by the hotel to experience the heavenly feeling.

We admired the pet policy of the hotel which allowed pets only up to 40 pounds. As we are non-smokers, we enjoyed the environment of the hotel which is totally smoke-free. The hotel management is very strict in enforcing the discipline by not permitting smoking in any public areas or guestrooms of the hotel and if any proof of smoking is provided $200 cleaning fee will be charged by the hotel. This kept the total totally smoke-free and provided a clean and healthy surrounding.

Westin is one of the finest resorts in the world we have ever seen which is a haven from the routine fast and stressful life and a highly recommended alternative if you want to enjoy superb service and the best food. The hotel is thoughtfully designed, architecturally inspiring and being situated in an excellent and exciting location attracts a beeline of customers each day. As we were accompanied by our children, we were offered special and exclusive amenities and unique services that exceeded all our expectations. We ordered for the most popular 'The Heavenly bed' which was an oasis of comfort for our bedroom. We also ordered for 'The Heavenly Shower'which provided us a refreshing dual shower and extra elbow room. Only when you experience them you will come to know what I am trying to portray here. Just a visit to Westin would make you their customer forever!

We also used Westin Workout which is powered by Reebok Gym. Our children fully enjoyed Westin Kids Club with all its essential amenities and fun activities. Though traveling with children is a daunting task, Westin Kids program made our trip enjoyable and trouble-free. We were provided all the essential amenities and furnishings geared for all ages, such as children’s menus and babysitting services. With the facility of Westin Service Express, we also got the opportunity to eat whatever we desired and availed every service they can offer just by placing a call.

With the help of Westin Technical Concierge we were provided all day tech assistances ensuring us trouble free connectivity during our stay. We also had an easy and fast check out bypassing the front desk with the help of Westin Express Checkout.
